All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Char Treasure Boutique currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are typically 3–7 business days after shipment, although delivery times may vary.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost, Delayed, or Incorrectly Addressed Packages
Char Treasure Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to guarantee delivery for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
