Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at charbt@charboutiquetreasure.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Custom or personalized items are also final sale.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We do not offer cash refunds. If your return is approved, you will receive store credit to use toward a future purchase. We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
